How do they handle problems. | Uptime: - How is their Connection are their servers up all the time? | Features: does it have check/900 numbers, partner ship programs etc. | Sales: - are the too strict? do they approve the transactions? | Webmaster's Interface |
DMR web800 Major problems in the past with support issues. When I left them for it they held my funds. Don't know how they are these days, but they are starting to pay me. 4/2/99 has paid me all they have owed and been consistant since. 6/2/99: Major problems Warning Lights on stay away! |
8 They pay unless you have problem with them. I took them down due to lack of support they held my funds for 6 months.4/2/99: has paid my previously owed and has been like clockwork since. |
4 At one time one of the worst.. call 2 days in a row with 8 phone calls total with emergency when my server crash and needed their cgi reinstalled... not one person called back til 4 days later! They might have gotten better now but needless to say I left them ASAP! |

Epochsystems, Wide Net Lots of growing pains with the onset of the partnership programs. However have corrected all problems I've asked of them. Still growing. 4/2/99 have gotten many big accounts recently and seem to handle things better since policy changes were made. 6/2/99: Moved to offshore company chagebacks and credits seems high last couple months. 7/15/99: CB still rolling in. |
8 Since started the partnership payments however the payment system has been eratic. 4/2/99 new rating of 9 now that they have change policies things seems to run much smoother. |

Ibill, Logicom When they were the only game int town they blew people off. Have gotten better. Have 24 hour emergency support, better service and much better webmaster's interface.(use to be crap!) 4/2/99 after probably loosing many accounts service has getting much better. |

3 When I used them I got no return calls or emails, 5pm doors are close phone dont get answer, emails and even EMERGENCIES goes unnoticed till next buissiness day. Even if their server is completely down! 4/2/99 after probably loosing many accounts service has gotten better current rating: 8 |

Online-Billing OBS Great Support (the best here!) Interface very customizable. Great management interface. Very Flexible. Pays ontime. 6/2/99: comming with out with click through program. 7/14/99: has teminated everyone I know. and Now is holding all funds. |

Webcash, Galaxy net Had problems when first used them, lack of timely payment and support. 4/2/99 payment has been on time for past 3-4 months and have stepped up tech support. 6/2/99: has taken out my admin password with out warning. this company is very questionable. 7/15/99: Has not paid in months. Major problems here. |

checks on time Monthly. Current rating: 0 Has not paid me in months!! Watch OUT!

returned calls and emails and has offer to fix any problems I might have including changes
